Open Edition Prints (Print-on-Demand)

All open edition prints are produced using a trusted third-party print provider. Please allow up to 7–10 business days for production and packaging, plus additional time for shipping depending on your location.

• Domestic (Australia): 5–10 business days

• International: Delivery timeframes vary—please allow 2–4 weeks depending on your country and customs processes.

• Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and size.

Original Artworks

Originals are carefully packaged by the artist and shipped via registered courier or Australia Post. Additional insurance and signature on delivery can be arranged depending on the artwork’s value and the buyer’s preferences. Please get in touch prior to purchase to discuss any specific delivery requirements.

Returns & Exchanges

Open Edition Prints

Because each print is made to order, returns or exchanges are not available unless the item arrives damaged or defective. If this occurs, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, including clear photographs of the issue, and we’ll organise a replacement or refund in accordance with the print provider’s policies.

Original Artworks

Due to the unique nature of original artworks, all sales are final. However, if your item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photographs and details. We’ll work with you to find a solution, including lodging an insurance claim where applicable.
